BakuTransfer provides private transfers, Baku city tours and daily car hire with a driver across Azerbaijan. When you complete a booking on bookbakutransfer.com, you enter an agreement with BakuTransfer under these terms.
Every booking receives a unique reference (for example BT‑260801‑XXXX) shown immediately after booking. Please check your pickup details, date, time and flight number carefully — we arrange your transfer based on exactly what you enter.
All prices are fixed per car, not per person, and include the driver, fuel and road tolls. The price shown when you book is the price you pay — no meters, no surcharges, day or night. For daily car hire no price is shown at booking: we review your plans and send you a fixed quote on WhatsApp, and nothing is due until you approve it. Payment is made directly to your driver in cash, in USD, EUR or AZN — on multi-day trips you can pay day by day rather than the whole amount at once.
For airport pickups we track your flight, and your driver adjusts to the actual arrival time at no extra cost. You get 60 minutes of free waiting after your flight lands. For all other pickups, free waiting is 15 minutes. If we can't reach you after the waiting period, the booking may be treated as a no-show — message us if you're delayed and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Since you pay the driver on the day, cancellation is always free — no fees. We only ask that you tell us as soon as your plans change, so we don't send a driver out for nothing. Just message us with your booking reference. The same goes for changes (time, vehicle, route): send us the new details and we'll confirm the updated booking.
If you don't show up and we can't reach you, the booking is treated as a no-show. Repeated no-shows may mean we can't accept your future bookings.
If your chosen vehicle becomes unavailable, we'll provide an equivalent or better one at the same price. In the rare case we can't operate your transfer at all, we'll tell you as early as possible and help you arrange an alternative.
Our drivers are licensed and insured under the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures or other events outside our control, and our total liability for any booking is limited to the price of that booking.
Reviews can be submitted only with the booking reference of a completed trip. We moderate reviews for authenticity but never edit their meaning.
